dec 2001 V40 2.0T VIN Question?

VIN Number is :YV1VW29622F822282
I have got B4204T2 engine in car, when i look into VIDA or any site for VIN decoding i should have B4204T3 engine in my car...
VIN Number states i should have T3 engine.
Is it possible there were some series with older T2 engine in it, or my car had engine replacement?

Could be that yours had the older T2. My V40 is plated as a 1999 built, yet VIDA says its 2000 from the VIN
