Volvo 850R vacuum tree

I'm trying to figure out if the vacuum tree connections where the idle control and throttle cable are. I have a yellow line going into the tree. But all of them have caps on them and one is missing. I'm assuming the cap came off? Or is it suppose to suck in air from the engine bay????

All ports on the vacuum tree should either have a cap or a vacuum line attached to it.
