We need to move the Steering Wheel Column in order to properly remove/install Heater Core. We have located the 4 Torx bolts holding the Column in place, how far can you slide the Column out without it dropping? Any advice or tips?
**Not related to topic, but we found a spring loaded cable, looks like it's for the parking brake light? - It's sitting unattached, leading from inside the Column, to the center console. Are we correct with our parking brake light theory?**
Any schematics or pictures would be greatly appreciated!
