I am new to Volvos, but I am learning expensive lessons quickly. This is my daughters car. The fuel door will suddenly not open. The power door locks will not work either. I checked the fuses under the hood. None were blown. I have disconnected the battery in an attempt to 'reboot' the system. No luck. Supposedly there is another fuse box somewhere in the rear of the car, but I have been unable to locate it.
It has 170K. Relatively good condition. I don't know if any of this matters but I will include it. There is no key fob. Two months ago, the water pump seized, tossing the timing belt and creating chaos in the head...$$$..Any help is appreciated.
