2006 V70 Third row seat switch

Hello,

I just bought a 2006 V70. The dealer told me that I can take my third row seats that I have on my 1999 XC70 (originals) and put it on my 2006 V70. I see that I will have to cut a little the trims and maybe cut the wooden panel but what worry me more is the seat belts.

1. Is it really possible ?

2. Is anybody have done this before ?

3. What part will I need to buy, if any ?
