Replaced maf with reman bosch. Fixed for one day. Same issues....
You done nothing with remanufactured sensor. :!:

Buy NEW or at least used OEM Bosch Maf sensor.Aftermarket...or worse-remanufactured,will NOT work.
:!:

After installation of "working" maf sensor, you need to reset fuel trim by disconnecting negative battery cable for at least 15 min. After that you can perform re-learning procedure to allow the car to collect all needed parameters from engine sensors.
Here is the procedure:

Check for Bosch numbers 0 280 217 107.It's the same for all of these 20v cars up to '99.

Like erikv11 said...Doesn't matter if it's turbo or not, they are all the same for 20v cars.

I have a collection of MAFs for diagnostics, among other sensors, relays etc...

Point being, I firmly believe I brought home this for $650.
Plus $12 for the sensor.
Plus $12 for the sensor.
Of course it needed other work, but the main issue the seller was having was the fact that it would not stay running continuously.

A MAF and a few vacuum lines later, I was a happy guy.

There were O2 sensors that I believe also played a part in the reliability/drivability. (Usability)

Sensors seem to want to be Bosch OEM designation for these cars. I have found junkyard parts that fit the bill cheaply and put a huge smile on my face.

Good luck.

So I believe we have momentary success (until its sold lol) I put a new raman maf from az since it was free. After installing I removed neg terminal and held the brake pedal resetting the whole computer. No cel and no hesitation and the throttle wasnt stiff at all as previously.

Drove it 20 min and went to get gas. The moment of truth was when I started her up after a small stop. Cranked right up. Did so when I got home too and it cranked. Good enough to be a dd for a while till I sell her
