2001 s80 t6 no acceleration

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

Sounds like a significant vacuum leak on the intake side, check the Intercooler hose fittings all the way to the ETM, that thing is introducing air past the MAF or you have weak or irregular fuel pressure.

Even though it checked OK, still sounds like limp home mode from ETM. We had intermittent ETM issues on S80 & S60, both at about 80-100,000 km, (50,000 -62,500 miles. in each case Xemodex exchange fixed issue. On the S60, after fitting needed computer reset on VADIS.
