I know I know, this issue has been visited many a times....however, my problem is different....
It all started way back, one hot summers day when all the power windows stop working.
I tried to clean the master driver door switch to no avail. I tried to replace it, again with no success. I did find out however, that if I jump the silver fuse-able relay link located in the UHJB, that I could open and close my windows( barely)...the window would rise about 1/3 to 1/2 the way when the fuse would pop. I could wait till the fuse/relay cooled down then try it again until the window was where i wanted it.
Anyways i j\removed the fuse and jumped (with a 14 gauge wire) the circuit , the windows worked but it melted some wires. So after I replaced both the drivers switch box AND the front passenger window switch the windows all work properly now. However, as a result I have lost control of all power door locks , both with the switch and via the key fob, I have also lost control of the fuel door and Trunk switch. Now SOMETIMES (it isn't predictable though) the trunk will open when when i try to open /close two windows at once. The trunk will also open when I unplug then re plug in the wire harness to the Master Power Window switch.
So I need some helpful information...First if anyone get help me get an accurate wire schematic/ diagram, that would be most helpful. Also, if anyone knows of any COMMON failure points that could hopefully lead me in the right direction? I would really like to get these basic things working again , it getting quite tiresome doing it the old fashioned way!

The melted wires might be the source of your problem. They all run through the same harness on the driver's side door. These schematics are a bear to read since you need a decoder ring to figure out the components, and the pagination is all screwed up, but they are dead on accurate on wire colors and junction points.

It is!(a pressing repair) Very Much So. thank you you guys.
So far, I rewired the the complete drivers door. (which I found to be melted, etc) I went down to the bone yard a and pulled a the whole harness as far back as I could cut, I wanted the OE obviously so i could match wire etc.
