Because there isn't one.
Only the one port to charge the system

Would that be the one in the front right under the hood? Also would I be able to charge it with the can from the store?

There are two service ports on a P2. The low pressure one is immediately in front of timing belt cover on the line that runs along the frame rail. The one up on front top plate is the high side that you do not need.
The DIY charge kits will fit the port in front of engine but you need one with a foot long or longer hose. SOme that have a very stubby hose will not reach as you can't get the can that close to the service port. Run engine at high idle (1200-1500 rpm) using a stick on accel pedal and adjust seat to wedge it in place at the desired engine speed. Then add refrigerant in increments and check for proper cooling from vents. Fan on nearly high speed and system set to full cold.
