Hey Shades,
If you felt that anyone was pressuring you to pony up a few bucks, I can assure you that signals got crossed somewhere along the line. I think it was just a member bringing up a way that we show our appreciation for those who spend hundreds of hours during the year and thousands in Matt's case helping us keep our babies on the road. So don't sweat it. This site is hands down the best on the web. Why? Knowledge and respect. Go over to a couple of the other Volvo sites and see how they treat each other. Anyway, you are among friends here.

I had taken the comment to imply being prepared to spend money on import car parts, (Swedish Entity).
In my case now, it will likely extend to 30% as I will take ownership of a Black 1995 T-5R next week that will need some attention.
I have never felt pressure to donate money, I only understand I would not own the two, soon to be three 850 Volvos without the honest, non-competitive knowledge base here.
