1998 S70 T5 Engine Swap from 98 V70 GLT

I am looking to put a 1998 V70 GLT block into my 1998 S70 T5. Can anyone direct me to a write-up/DIY for this? Has anyone tried this before? Tips, tricks, issues or suggestions. I am a newbie at this. I found the following write up for an engine swap, I just want to make sure the same rules apply for what I am attempting.

It should bolt up, make sure you swap the ECU.

What happened to the T5 engine?

Zero compression in the third cylinder. 5th is on its way out. I was told by a volvospeed member to keep the 16T, the white injectors and the T5 ECU, and that it would run smoothly. Is this true?

If you are swaping the turbo then yes also swap the ECU, but how many miles on the T5 engine? And how many miles on the GLT engine? Check shaft play on turbo. What caused the engine to blow?

So if I am keeping the same T5 turbo then keep the same T5 ECU? The T5 was close to 300k and the V70 I am looking at purchasing is 190k, sorry its in kilometres, lol. It was already misfiring and my bf pushed it too hard and it went kaput.
