Yesterday it developed this problem. I will turn the key and all electronics come on. When I go to start position, no cranking. The lights do dim somewhat. Had battery tested, its good (only 1 month old). I'm getting 12v at starter but nothing on the solenoid when in crank position. No CEL or any other messages at this point. I have tried tapping the starter... no love. There is a relay for the starter. I can feel a good click when key is in crank position. Also tried swapping that relay with the relay for the ECU ( they are the same #) also no love there.
My first guess would be ignition switch, maybe something to do w/ immobilizer? Any ideas???
