I hope you mixed something up: 9520: accelerator pedal? It isn't brake pedal sensor, right?

I looked up ECM-9520 and the web search indicated it was the brake pedal position sensor.

Developments:
On two separate occasions, when I start the car, it revs high, into the red area, and the ETS-light comes on.
Haven't checked codes again, but I found a cheap replacement pedal, including sensors. I will tell you how it goes :D

It went perfectly! For a short test run. The ETS light went off on its own also.
If I don't write here again, it means it continued to work.
Thank you for getting involved, Mike!

I think I have the explanation: the pedal unit is marked "Hella" and "Made in Germany" :D

I have 2002 V70 T5 gas/petrol with code of ecm9520 the bcm cannot communicate to the scan tool, this lite up brake, abs light on dash. Could this be causing the engine to lost acceleration somes or what bcos the engine some time lost acceleration when try to kick down and there is no fault code pointing to throttle.
