Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Fuel issue...???

When key is switched to on position, does the fuel pump engage for a few seconds? If so, from now on, turn key switch to on position, listed for pump, then after two seconds, turn key to start position.

Schrader port on fuel rail - Does yours have one...if so, measure fuel pressure after key is switched on

If yours has a Schrader port on fuel rail , try using a tire pressure gauge, when engine is cold. It may spray gasoline, so you might use a cloth around gauge.
