Lee, I can't say if Darrell Waltrip has changed their shipping policy; this is the first time that I've contacted them and the guy didn't hesitate about out-of-state shipping, but I suppose that could be a special case for very small items like keys.
By the way, no reason to shelter the guilty: $66 is the price at McKevitt Volvo of Berkeley.
When I bought the car two years ago, it only came with the valet key. Went to the dealer with it and they cut two new masters based on the valet key. They didn't ask me for anything else. Couldn't believe they were only $7.
