1994 850 Horn fix anyone? Baltimore area

Hi all,

I have a 1994 850 that my daughter drives and she's in the Baltimore area. Wondering if there is someone handy in the area that could do the horn fix for her for a reasonable amount. I will supply the kit if you'd like, or grommets would do it appears according to the write up. Thanks in advance. I would do it myself, but 7 hours away...
