Did you ever find a solution for this? I have the same problem.
Thanks,

Yes, found the problem, and fixed.
One of the strut bushings went bad (causing a clunking sound), so I decided to change both strut bushings. While I was at it, I decided to go ahead and change the lower control arm bushings.
On the passenger side LCA, the rear bushing was so worn it didn't even hold in the arm - ie, the metal itself was worn.
New bushings and now there's no more side-hop in the rear. (oh, and yes, the inner tie-rod ends were also worn on one side, replaced both).
I suspect the LCA bushing was the main issue - but the combo of bad strut bushings, LCA bushings, and inner tie rod ends all likely worked together in a malicious fashion.....
