Hey guys,
Does anybody know what the proper name for the plastic band running the length of the dash is called? the piece between the windshield and the dash with the alarm LED in it. Also, is it an easy replacement (relatively speaking)? Mine is broken is a few spots and is the main source of rattles in my car. Thanks much!

I don't know what the official name is but I think most of us refer to it as the "Dash Cap".

It doesn't have a name it's part of the LOWER dash and not fixable unless the entire dash is replaced, sorry.
The dash top/cap sits on top but ends (windshield side) before that part of the lower dash shows.
