2001 xc70 stalling p1238

I am having trouble with a friends car that I am working on. It is stalling and running pretty rough. I am getting codes p0456, p0442 p1238, and its running rich. I replaced the turbo control valve and inspected all vacuum lines but it still has the same symptoms. Im not sure where to go next, any help would be great! Thanks

Not sure what all the codes are. Is it running ok when engine cold? If it's running rich I'd check coolant temp sensor, fuel press and O2 sensor.
