@misha very futuristic looking! I remember when Citroen and Renault tried to sell cars in Canada, it didn't last long; they rusted really badly.
They have some neat little models.

Thanks!
About rust....XMs don't rust like Renaults.
Xms are galvanized underneath and they are pretty durable except they were in some kind of an accident and didn't repaired properly.
Look at mine...it's '91! ;)

Been VWs in the family last 10-15 years (between adult siblings still live in same town). With the exception of a Chrysler Cirrus. One buys low mileage off lease keeps 4-5 years then sells to the others. I broke out and got the S60. We're all packing in the Volvo to go to a wedding in Vermont in the near future. Pretty sure that will be the end of the VWs.

I've been visiting family in Colorado Springs last 5 weeks. Is it me or is the fastest way to sell Volvos to have a really nice one (new or not too old) floating around? I'm pretty sure there weren't any other Volvos, new or old, in the immediate neighborhood when I arrived but in the last week or two I've seen two 'appear' (semi rural planned neighborhood single access in/out). One I saw few days ago brand spankin' with temp tags.

Before the S80 I drove a VW Golf MK3 GTI 2.0 8v, but it had serious rust issues

Before the Golf I drove a Renault Clio RS Phase 1, which was a proper toy :)

Nice looking car! I like the white tire lettering. Is it fun to drive?

It was, due to buying an own house I needed to sell it (unfortunately). It was fun to drive, the exhaust note in combination with the blowoff sound was so addictive!

Also shot a movie to documented the day when it was remapped
