2003 S60. how do you remove the glove box

I need to replace the blower motor in my 2003 S60. How do you remove the glove box?

The trick is the little dumper (a 5" long rod on the right upper side), it will automatically break at the top if you try removing it. If you can, unscrew the screw at the bottom of it, and leave the top of the little rod connected.

As for the glove box, you will need first to open it, then bent a little the little plastic stoppers on each side, so the box opens even widely. Then unscrew the several screws around the glove box frame. It will also have two electrical connectors behind.
