2001 S80 siren alarm module

I replaced the siren alarm module and now I am unable to start the car. I tried to reset the computer by locking and unlocking the car 3 times and also disconnecting the car battery and nothing worked. Is there anything I can try. I hoping I will not be forced to tow my car to a Volvo dealer. thanks
