Re: 00 S70 GLT All warning lights on
Pedal sensor problem for ETS Light on but ignored, car ran rich, sooted up your after-cat O2 sensor, (just changed mine, looked like a charcoal briquette) probably interconnected. ABS stuff all tied together with upshift arrow. Or could that be a Vehicle Speed Sensor issue?
Current Volvos:
1998 V70 T5, 112k sat 5 years, still in mechanical coma (finally at the top of the pile )
2004 XC90 T6 AWD: 186k, 60 on transaxle ( traded in )
1998 POS70 N/A: DD/training aid, 236k but really about 240k, I think...ABS module( passed on to son who sold it)

Check that B+ cable and perhaps the Voltage regulator.

Sent the Module to Matt last week and got it back yesterday, installed it, when started only the check engine light came on along with the flashing arrow, a couple minutes later the arrow light went off. Scanned it and only showed P1618, tried to erase the code but no success. Did some research on the code, do you guys think I should take it to the dealer to have it erased?

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes to clear that last code?

You also might want to do as abscate says but while the battery is disco'd, remove the TCM (I think it should say ASIN someplace, check the pins/connections, maybe spray with electrical cleaner and reseat a couple of times to clean up maybe a dirty connection. You might want to do this with the ECU too while you're in there.
