1991 Bertone A/C code 233
Air conditioning not working. Have code 233--fan motor starting current excessive. I've replaced the blower motor but it didn't help. Any ideas? Thanks

I have an intermittent problem with the same issue with my 1988 Volvo 760 Turbo wagon. I suspect it has to do with the vacuum operated mixing doors. It's like the air from the fan has no place to go.
