2010 xc70 parts is parts...right?

OK, I give up. I have looked over most of the Volvo parts sites for it and still cannot find the part that holds the bottom engine cover in place. I'm talking about the funny looking plastic nut that push clips in the square hole of the frame and the torx screw fits to hold the cover up in position. Maybe they (whoever "they" are) trying to get me to quit changing my own oil and they know that by not having these "nuts" it will drive me there too. Now using zip ties thru the holes. I would be happy if anyone knows of a substitute that might hold up better than the oem. Thanks'

Or go to a NAPA and ask for license plate push in nuts and screws.
