1995 960 Radiator repalcement

I need to replace the radiator on my 960. I found a replacement however it has an extra connection on the right side between the transmission connections. What is this connection for? Can it be sealed? Please Advise. Thank you

I found a www.napaonline.com photo showing the mentioned port capped off with a rubber cap and a hose clamp.

Not uncommon these days to find "generic" radiators, where one size fits many applications.

Always nice to see a photo...part number

Radiator from a 1992 Volvo 740 and 1992-95 Volvo 940 supposedly fits Volvo 960/S90/V90.
