2008 S80 v8 AWD Lemon?

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

Went to look at a 2008 S80 V8 AWD today. Nice car very underpriced. Googled the VIN and got a lemon law alert website for my state(Fl). Does anyone know of any problems with this model/style, seller said it was a manufature buy back.

In Florida if you allege the car makes you fart it gets bought back. FL has one of the worst or maybe the worst lemon law fraud record.
S80 V8's have not been bad cars at all.
Change the serpentine belt and its tensioners at 75-80K miles, not the 105K in book and ll ill be fine.

My 2007 S80 V8 with 72000 miles has been very reliable. I have changed all the fluids as I don't follow Volvo sealed for life. Everything works as it should. I would purchase another Volvo, and have for my son.
