91 240 rear suspension bushing replacement help
I have to replace bushings on the rear suspension. Do I need a press to do this? The pan rod from axle to cross-member as well as the Anti roll bar. pan rod bushings are bad. Any suggestions on type of bushings to use would be appreciated. (poly or non poly)
May you always have enough.

You will need a press, or you can burn out the rubber, use a sawzall to cut a slot in the outer bushing shell, and drop it out. Installing a new rubber bushing will require a press (could use one of the control arm bushing presses you can rent for free at advance auto). Installing poly can be done with hand pressure (usually).
By "anti-roll bar", do you mean the torque rods? There are two of them, with four bushings total. There are no bushings for the rear sway bar.
I recommend poly for panhard and torque rod bushings. Use SuperPro. IPD is having a sale this weekend - 15% off I believe. Do that.
