2009 Volvo S60 Removed HU-850 No Power

I was attempting to install a Pioneer AVIC-D3, but it ended up being dead unfortunately, so I went to reinstall the HU-850 and now it won't power on. I checked the fuses to the left of the steering wheel and they were ok, any ideas? The HU-850 worked fine before it was removed.

Check if battery and ignition voltages are supplied.
