92 v 240 transmission replacement purchase?

Anyone have suggestions on a reliable place to purchase a rebuilt transmission for my old 92 v 240? I am in Colorado. It is giving up the ghost and I cannot take the time to rebuild it myself, at this time.

Myself, I'd look around at one of those PnPs in Denver area, and fetch a working AW71L complete.

Check with auto supply stores...AW70s were common for years. It would not surprise me if price is around $2k rebuilt, and if not installed via repair shop, the warranty might be dead.
