2003 xc70 squeaking new front struts

Just put in 2 new Sensen speedy struts.I bought on eBay. worked well for the first 300 miles now they are starting to squeak. any remedies ? they only squeak when turning .PS it has gotten considerably colder in the past few days

Are they new? If yes I'd spray some glycerine in there. Some people use silicone lube but that softens the rubber and that is not desirable for this application.
