2007 XC70 rear fog light replacement

I cannot figure out what type of bulb goes in the rear fog light. It needs to be replaced. Does anyone know what type of bulb that takes?

This spec sheet for my 2005 s60 shows a P21W bulb that has a BAZ15D socket.
2005 Volvo S60 2.5T, Zimmerman/Akebono brakes
2012 Honda Accord, EBC slotted rotors
