Cars can also flood due to low fuel pressure (ie faulty fuel pump) and poor atomisation.
I would send this car to a non- dealer who is recommended in your area so he can start a diagnosis with a clean slate.
Someone who tests compression first then fuel pressures, then working back to injector pulse with a noid light and finally spark intensity from the coil.
