Even a slow coolant leak should not be tolerated as it may cause an overheat condition (ouch :( ); I would put this one on top of the priority list. HO2S should be done past 100k as PM regardless of condition
Example of Precision: Measure with a Micrometer, mark it with Chalk, and then cut it with an Axe.

The coolant will be taking care of this summer. I learned a lot when I did mine this year, so I feel better about doing it on the GOOD car.
OEM on the o2?

Why would you think the dealer "gave it a tune up"?
It's not called for so I think not

Well then, I have plugs that have run for 112,000 miles. It could be possible, they didn't change them.
Do I win anything, :o , except for being stupid for not changing them sooner.
I am learning to do better maintenance before the problems happen.

For the O2 sensors it's best to look up the Denso or BOSCH part numbers and confirm with the volvo OEM part numbers. For example: http://volvopartslisle.com/part/OEM-Vol ... gen-Sensor
Note that there are differences by CH# also.
Example of Precision: Measure with a Micrometer, mark it with Chalk, and then cut it with an Axe.
