I remember reading in a thread somewhere on MVS that turbos no like cold. It took about 5ish minutes but it warmed up and ran like a champ.

I had symptoms like this a few years back up in Connecticut during one winter after a prolonged deep cold spell. In my case the solution was to apply low heat from a hair dryer on the metal fuel filter body. Longer term during the winter seasons I started adding ~0.25 liter of isopropanol dry gas to the fuel tank to absorb the water and keep it from freezing and plugging up the fuel filter.

If you have water in your fuel 0F will bring that issue up. Unfortunately adding dry gas to a frozen fuel system won't cure it until it warms up

Your intercooler or turbo pipes probably froze over. Next time it's above freezing outside, take some Cascade dishwasher detergent and rinse the intercooler out with a hose.
