Hello all,
After my plastic air guide came loose the other day, I noticed there was a dangling group of wires with a plastic plug at the end dangling just behind the bumper. I figured this is the power supply for the headlight wipers since they don't seem to be working. Does anyone know where this should be plugged in so I can get the wipers working again?

If it's the ones for the wipers, they are probably unplugged for a reason.
At this point most of the motors are bad and since they are kind of pricey to replace, most people just unplug them.

My bet is that it actually has a tiny probe plugged into the end of it and it is the outside temperature sensor. If so, it usually snaps into a hole on the air guide although I have seen some on the 70 series that plug into a hole on the lower grill next to the fog light - I think my XCs were the latter setup.

FYI: X70s tend to have two sensors. One is mounted on the grill next to the fog light, the other to the plastic undertray. One is for the outside temp gauge, the other for the engine management system. They are slightly different in that one has a longer prong than the other.
