There are only two types of fpr on these cars....the smaller and bigger one.

The smaller one is located behind a right rear wheel in fuel filter area and in this case there is a fuel pressure damper on the rail.

The bigger one is located on the fuel rail where some of these cars(usually motronic 4.4 cars) have fuel pressure damper.

Bosch number is the same for all bigger and all smaller fpr(s).

So... if the mounting point is the same it will fit.

Rear one,for example, cannot fit on the rail and there is a damper instead of it.

Bigger ones have 2 locations. In the front driver's wheel area and on fuel rail only.

I have Bosch numbers for both of them but i'm not by my computer now.

What does the damper do?

Do all of these models have both a damper and the FPR?

The one from the picture is for Motronic 4.4 cars.Mounting point is at rr wheel in fuel filter area.

This one cannot be mounted on the fuel rail.

If your Fpr is at fuel rail, this one will not fit becuse it's smaller.

Motronic 4.3 and earlier models have ONLY fpr on fuel rail.

Motronic 4.4 models have both, but fuel pressure DAMPER is on fuel rail.Fpr is behind rr wheel.

'97 n/a models are all Motronic 4.4.

'91-'97 could be Jetronic,Fenix,Motronic 4.3,and some very late '96 models could be Motronic 4.4.
