Got mine from the volvocars.com Radio Code Request tool, instantly (and free)! I was glad to not have to wait for a callback or email.

Mine: sqrt(37625956)

6331 is printed on the card, but 4244 is written over it in black marker. Which should I try first? What happens when you enter a wrong code? And does it work if the car is running for the 2 hour? Because my battery dies after just a few minutes if I don't start the engine.

You get three tries to get the code right. After the third incorrect entry the radio goes from "Code" to "Off". Once in the Off lock mode the 2+ hour constant power is required to get the screen back to code.

Use the code on the radio first, the code follows the radio, not the car.

I have no code!
HU-613 = No code required - I'm thinking it might be "connected/paired" to the car computer.
I pulled it a week ago to change the lights and solder in new LEDS and when I reinstalled it, it worked fine.
