1999 S80 Was running then just quite

Car was driving down the road just fine went to get on the expressway and just quite. Have tried many times to start and will not. Sun roof will not work. All interior lights work. In center of dash a red ! is showing. All dash lights show up when you turn the car on. The only thing the engine does is click. Could it be the CEM?? Any help would be great.

Did you have any idiot lights come on before this happened? or any odd issues before hand?
