2002 xc cv axle choices

I have a 2002 xc with a bad cv axle. When I look the VIN # it comes back with multiple parts. Is there an easy way to figure out the differences? Any help is appreciated. The VIN is YV1SZ58D621048371

Do you mean half axle (left, right?) or driveshaft?

If it still has the original axle, there should be a tag on it with the P/N.
