1991 240 Shift interlock

Hi Everyone, me shift lock interlock is giving me fits. Brake lights are working and the fuse is good. Where is the switch or solenoid? Anyone know where a good instruction for changing out the solenoid is? Also, where can I buy one? Thanks.

Automatic trans shifter lock...woun't unlock occasionally

I took the start inhibitor switch out and pulled the silver back plate off. It had 24 years worth of gunk and grime. I cleaned it and sanded the contacts sprayed a little electronics cleaner on the lock solenoid. At first it wouldn't crank but after a little adjustment, everything is working as designed. The link provided in this post had a schematic that explains everything. Thanks.
