1999 v70 loose door courtesy lights

As title, what clips these into place as my rear door ones are tight but on both front doors they are loose? and bulb holder just pops out as nothing there to secure it.

The clips that are molded into the lamp socket are broken, it happens to all of them. The real fix is to replace them but I have used hot glue to stick them on.

I picked up a bunch when I was at pick-n-pull a couple of trips ago as they go brittle and break eventually or when you have to remove to replace a bulb. Think I paid $3-4 each.

As everyone probably knows by now, it's important to glue them back in right away. If they go unnoticed, they can get broken when the door is shut. They are available new for $11-$15. Sure wish there was a JY with Volvos in my part of the world.

Ok cheers, was wondering how they where secured as am just getting round to finishing all the little jobs.
