Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

this is a bit late, but I want to close out this thread on a happy note. The cam timing slipped into position just as predicted by all the above advice. The only deviation from the Volvo sequence on the belt was I followed a lead read elsewhere on this site, and did the exhaust cam last, not the tensioner. I dicked around for about an hour and a half trying to weasel that belt onto either the tensioner or the water pump, all with the same frustrating result...nada! Besides, with my big hands, and the limited visibility/clearance, I couldn't see what I was doing anyhow. It made perfect sense to lever the belt onto the exhaust cam sprocket last. I could see it. I could grab it. I spent 5 minutes slipping it in place. Duh. Anyhow, the car runs great. I have to deal with some other obligations before I can tackle the other projects on the list. Sub-frame bushings and strut tower rubbers are next...gotta get rid of that clunking. Maybe new shock inserts in the struts? (does Volvo use inserts?)

Hey, so I swapped turbos on a 05 xc90, had to drop subfram to get enough room to remove them. I finished up, turned on car and keep getting Crankshaft position Camshaft position correlation bank 1 sensor 1. I didn't even touch the serpentine belt so no way I messed with timing. Any ideas? Car misses and has no misfire codes and also have a Shift solenoid A Electrical code so trans is in limp mode stuck in 3rd gear.
