You may want to inspect the integrity of the ECT Sensor electrical connector if this is an intermittent issue
Example of Precision: Measure with a Micrometer, mark it with Chalk, and then cut it with an Axe.

ok so today had to run to few stores and thinking the car runs fine now I took that one, about 2 min into my trip it stalled at a stop sign then few more times when I let go the throttle, so i turn around and go back home but on the way home I turn off everything my heat radio phone charger and the car drove fine even when I got back still ran as it should so I shut it off and started few time and all is good then I turn on my heat and you can see RPM jumping then it stalls I start it again with my heat still being in on position it starts and dies right after same problem when I started this post, and guess what heat is off and it runs like a champ again, so do you guys think its got to do with coolant sensor/ thermostat? or electrical issue ?

Battery and/or voltage regulator. If you continue playing with car like that, you'll end up with fried eeprom. Almost guaranteed.

ok so I replaced a battery with no change then went with replacing the voltage regulator after the change started up and it was running even worse then with original, run it for about half hour with not much change so I left to do other things, next day started the car to move it, so I can start on my other volvo and it run perfectly fine, now don't know what to think of it I guess need to test drive it for few days and see if it comes back and can't be sure but I think cold weather could be a key here as I had most troubles while being in freezing temperatures

Once I have read the car for codes and made sure the ECM interprets true readings from the ECT sensor, if the above problem persists, I would start by taking readings at the generator (+), battery (+), and the main fusebox (+). Inspect the integrity of the last point - it's a known offender. Check if the ground straps are securely attached. Lastly, swap the Engine Management Relay with the Low Beam Relay if no spare available. Also, have you cleaned the ETM? If unknown - then I say do that, at least it would not hurt anything.

ETM was clean along side with oil trap box I will do some driving and see how she responds under pressure with heat, ac radio and other thing operating, if still acting up will try to get the readings, and the check engine light will NOT come on as to I was hoping it would and point me in the right direction

There may be codes stored even without MIL; it's best to read the car with a VIDA/DiCE setup

Got hold of a volvo laptop and ran a scan turns out MAF sensor was not working properly and messing up the readings, so with new MAF sensor the car runs like a champ
