sway bar link easy to repair, mega squirt ?

There are tons of complaints in the forums about the quality of the IPD HD end links.

Mika -- My IPD link -- the broken one -- had a seized lower bolt/nut as well. I was able to free it by repeated soaking with PB Blaster and judicious application of a butane torch. I actually did a heat and quench (with PB Blaster) several times in order to free it. It probably took me 35 min. all told to free it up and yes it was a pain in the ass, but I did ultimately free it.

Yes, but it wasn't a cooking torch. It was advertised as being a Mini Torch and thus useful in tight spaces. For that application I could have used my plumbing torch, but the butane one was closer at hand.

I've had 100% success with a heat/freeze sequence (a torch followed by a drop or two of liquid nitrogen work nice, just do not forget the gloves and goggles do come first 8) )
Example of Precision: Measure with a Micrometer, mark it with Chalk, and then cut it with an Axe.
