2000 S80 Parking Brake Shoes

Hello guys

i want your help.Today i have changed my Parking Brake Shoes and now when im driving they are making noises and the E-Brake dont work Properly...also they are moving too much i dont know how they was in the first place because my friend changed because he "knows everything" i have tried to put the midle spirngs a little better but it was the same result...he says the noise is normal and is going to leave someday....but that is not true i must to do something about that noise and i need the e-brake.
