1998 T5 Turbo'Manual Trans! Rare! $1500 Buffalo NY

Great-running T5 with RARE manual tranny! Needs new rear main crankshaft seal. 234,312 miles.

The Good:
Great boost, just shy of 11 psi on warm summer days, makes this S70 Turbo fun to drive! 237 hp
Shifts, steers, and brakes smoothly and evenly
IPD heavy-duty suspension sway bars (cross bars) front and rear, improve cornering dramatically!
CV boots in good shape, not cracked or torn
New, within last 5,000 miles: Bosch cap and rotor; Volvo OEM plugs; both Bosch oxygen sensors; plug wires; all vacuum hoses and elbows
Timing belt and water pump replaced at 210,000, good now to 280,000
Nice sound from fully-functional CD player / radio
Volvo OEM trailer hitch #3529210 and drawbar with 2" ball. Trailer weight up to 1,500 pounds without brakes (no trailer brake option on controller)
Oil and filter replaced regularly. I use Bosch oil filters.
No engine warning codes (no CEL)
Safety and emissions inspected April 2014
Plenty of meat left on brake pads

The not-so-good:
Rear main crankshaft seal needs replacement. Not a simple job. Leaking one quart per 120 miles.
Will need tires soon
AC / Cruise non-functional
Tears at seams on front seats, a small hole on driver seat
Power seats work, but require a lot of force on the controls to make them work
Right-rear power window UP does not work from main control (but works from that window)
Right-front power door unlock does not work. The LOCK works, however.
Remote key fob (1 incl) is hit-or-miss, and keys (2 incl) will not unlock door, so I've been leaving driver door unlocked
Minor issues with interior trim, such as cracked cup holder (but functional)
Exterior dents, dings, scrapes, and scratches, typical of a vehicle of this age and mileage
A few small rust spots on paint, but overall, the exterior is really quite decent

Other disclosures:
Struck from left side in low-speed collision, activating side air bag. Both doors needed replacement. No fender or frame damage.
I can detect a subtle engine resonance at 2800-3000 rpm. Volvo dealer checked it out, and said there is nothing wrong. Maybe it's normal, or just me. Been that way for 100,000 miles.
I have not replaced the clutch since I've owned the vehicle (100,000 miles). Seems to be fine, but I don't know if it's the original, or how much it has left.
I've replaced everything in the suspension, but just can't seem to get rid of all the clunks (I am overly sensitive to this). This is the only thing I have not been happy about with this car.
Bill-of-Sale will be written for the exact amount of the sale price, and no less.

It's non-negotiable, sorry.

Cłean NADA retail for car/miles is 2625 USd.

Obviously deducts for RMS and AC core (each 1000 USd jobs) apply.

Needs too much with these miles to be worth much of anything.
Was this one bought from a guy named Tim, (the original owner)? If so I know the car and the original owner.

A relatively small number of these sticks were imported, so I consider it rare. Ultimately, it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay. I bought from dealer in Virginia Beach.

Didn't know there would be 2 made in that combination out of the 350 or so that came here
