98 V70 NA What's this stuff in my flame trap?

After changing the oil I went on to remove the airbox to play around with the preheat mechanism to see about making it work again but this pink milky gunk caught my eye. I did some quick searches here and it sounds like it could be condensation from the oil pan. Anyone else seen this? It has been a very cold month but I did just drive 80 miles about an hour before doing this oil change. Could it have been there from a while back? There was maybe half a teaspoon sitting there in dripping out of the flame trap.

For some background the car has 167,000 miles, I installed the pcv kit from IPD 6 months ago and the old one still looked pretty clean, dipstick doesn't smoke, castrol gtx semi synthetic 5W30 for the last two oil changes, put in castrol gtx semi synthetic high mileage 5W30 this time. Oil came out looking like dark chocolate, couldn't see any water in there or anything suspicious.

Yep, it is condensation. Throw away that flame trap disc, and the moisture will not accumulate so much.

Cold weather/short trips.

Same deal with the jizz on the end of the dipstick when you pull it out. I've driven my na s70 less than 100 miles all winter, it has it. I need to drive it, but the roads are all heaved and I don't want to bend a wheel.

Mothers milk. Mine has it too it just the imperfection there is no true fix just be mindful and wipe and clean every few months.
