No left signals "bulb failure message" but bulbs and sockets are good... switched the wires at the back of the CEM and problem moved with the CEM not the wires ( left blinked when right signal activated, fast flash and no lights for right when left signal activated) left doesn't work with emergency lights either, only right side flashes...
I'm about to take column apart to check switch wires, but wouldn't left flash with emergency if it were switch wires?
Any insight would be helpful

Where is the flasher located? Is it possible that there is a bad connection there or is the cem the onlybthing that can cause this? Not worth fixing if it is the cem :-(

So --- there is a burned transistor in the CEM... surprised it is running at all, completely melted. gonna try to match it and re-solder a new one before sending to scrap yard...
wish me luck : )
