This video will show you a safe and easy way to replace the hood hinges on the Volvo 850, S70, V70, etc.

The wedges are a brilliant way to deal with the spring tension.

My hood hinges don't need changing now, but I'm not going to let this thread go by without a response. Thanks Robert, for posting this and the plethora of other videos you have created to explain Volvo repair to owners worldwide.
